L’etape is shipping its entire special produced limited edition with Postnl. See below delivery time per country:
The customer can return the item within a period of 7 days after delivery took place. Returned shipments are on customer account. Unless we found a fault or damage L’etape will either repair or replace the item at its discretion, free of charge. Unstamped - cost on delivery return shipments will never be accepted by L’etape. Only unused items can be returned. The item must be undamaged unused and in its original packing. Return goods must be sent to the below address with copy of invoice attached showing clearly name, address, order number / invoice number and reason of return. L’etape will not accept return of goods without copy invoice. In case of unaccepted return of goods L’etape will send the goods back to the customer, in this case all costs will be on customers account.
