RETURN, REPAIR & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely happy with your new L’etape cycle gear. If you are not satisfied you may return or exchange the item, providing it meets the following criteria:
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt
Items must not be worn, altered, or washed
Items must have all tags attached and all item packaging must be returned
Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable
Sale items may not be returned unless fault.
Please note, we only accept returns that were purchased via this website.
NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE/COLOUR?
We will offer one free shipping exchange on each order; note you must pay the return postage cost to us. To ensure the requested size / color is available please e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org or call +31 30 3200866 to remove the item from sale, once we receive your return we will ship the requested item.
REPARATION OF DEFECT ITEM
Item found to be defective will be repair or replaced only by L’etape BV. L’etape BV will either repair or replace the item at its discretion, free of charge for parts found to be defective under normal use within the warranty period; L’etape BV will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages direct or indirect
Return goods must be sent to the below address with copy of invoice attached showing clearly name, address, order number / invoice number and reason of return. L’etape BV will not accept return of goods without copy invoice. In case of unaccepted return of goods L’etape BV will send the goods back to the customer, in this case all costs will be on customers account.

L’etape BV warrants to its trade customers that its products will be free from original defects in materials and workmanship.
L’etape BV will either repair or replace, at its discretion, free of charge. Parts found to be defective under normal use within the warranty period, after return has been authorized in writing by L’etape BV.
L’etape BV will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages direct or indirect, or for products which have been altered or modified, and its liability under this warranty is limited solely to replacement or repair of defective items. No agent or representative has authority to waive, alter, or add to the provisions of this warranty, to make any representation or warranty not contained herein or to extend this warranty to anyone other than L’etape BV trade customers.
Item found to be defective will be repair or replaced only by L’etape BV. This warranty is given expressly and in place of all other expressed or implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose and this warranty is the only warranty made by L’etape BV
WARRANTY STATEMENT ADDENDUM
It is necessary to properly prepare the gear before washing and follow the washing instruction in order to minimize a potential damage. For optimum performance frequent washing and drying is recommended. Before washing secure all zippers and closures.
